1、Application of Paint-Free Finishing Technology

Paint-free finishing for particleboard is primarily achieved through equipment such as flat laminating machines, press machines, and wrapping machines, using paper, film, fabric, leather, and other materials as the main composites.

A、Innovation in Film

The innovation in film morphology particleboard more surface effects and differentiated value, such as biomimetic films, digital printing films, and EB films. Of particular note is the biomimetic film, which mimics high-end wood finishes in their natural state, like Jin Si Nan wood, bird's-eye maple, and wavy grain wood. 

When applied to particleboard in film form, the simulation accuracy can reach over 90%, significantly reducing decoration costs for particleboard and enhancing the decorative properties of the space.

B、Innovation in Paper

Melamine paper has achieved zero formaldehyde emissions from the substrate to the surface, making it more favored by the market.

C、Innovation in Equipment

• Innovations in flat laminating and wrapping technology, including the upgrade of PUR glue machines, have significantly improved roller-changing efficiency. The process, which used to require four people and six hours, can now be completed by one person in two hours. EB paper can be wrapped at right angles, better enabling door, wall, and cabinet integration with the same frame and color.
• Short-cycle press upgrades feature a double circulation system with 6 in and 6 out, or 8 in and 8 out, greatly reducing pressing time. Dust removal and chamfering can be achieved without paper residue.

2、Application of Painted Finishing Technology

Painted finishing for particleboard involves surface painting through equipment such as roller coaters, curtain coaters, and spray painters, followed by chemical reactions with paint through equipment such as 172 excimer lamps, UV curing machines, and EB electron beam curing machines to form painted panels.
